Lady killed, man damage in December
Police arrested Donta Allen on Monday on expenses together with open homicide, tried homicide and theft, information stated. A warrant remained energetic for a second individual, Alexandria Burks, information stated.
The capturing occurred on Dec. 8 within the 3800 block of Soda Springs Drive close to north Pecos Street and east Cheyenne Avenue. A person and a girl had been each inside a car when a number of individuals approached and started capturing at them, police stated. The lady was pronounced lifeless on the scene, whereas the person was rushed to a close-by hospital, police stated.
