LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Two persons are lifeless and one other injured following an early morning crash on I-15 involving a wrong-way driver.
In response to Nevada State Police, the crash involving a number of autos was reported simply earlier than 1230 a.m. Thursday close to the Valley of Hearth State Park, about 45 miles northeast of Las Vegas.
Troopers stated two males died within the collision and a girl who suffered non-life-threatening accidents was flown to Las Vegas by Mercy Air.
The northbound lanes of I-15 are closed at Mile Marker 75, the Valley of Hearth/Tribal Plaza Exit. Automobiles are being diverted off at that exit and might entry I-15 southbound or detour by going via the Valley of Hearth Roadway north. All I-15 southbound lanes stay open.
Drivers heading north are requested to search out alternate routes. Troopers didn’t say when the freeway lanes are anticipated to reopen.
