LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Lisa Vanderpump introduced Wednesday she plans to utterly renovate a Strip lodge, remodeling it into the “Vanderpump Hotel.”
Vanderpump is partnering up with Caesars Leisure to convey a “bold, new brand and an original concept to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip,” in response to a launch from Caesars.
The corporate will give The Cromwell, a standalone boutique lodge on the nook of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Highway, an entire renovation to vary it into The Vanderpump Resort, which the discharge mentioned be full in early 2026.
“What an extraordinary opportunity to develop this iconic location into something unique, playful and upscale,” Lisa Vanderpump said. “Hospitality has always been our passion, and our mission is to create something sumptuous with a unique atmosphere. Our successful history has always been based on the individuality of the location. Through my design company, Vanderpump Alain, with my partner Nick Alain, we can’t wait to breathe new life into this property and make it something truly magical.”
The lodge will mark the tv star’s first foray into resorts and follows her profitable ventures in wine, spirits, eating places, and lounges.
Vanderpump beforehand helped develop and open a number of Las Vegas areas, together with Vanderpump Cocktail Backyard at Caesars Palace, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, WOLF by Vanderpump at Harveys Lake Tahoe and, most lately, Pinky’s by Vanderpump at Flamingo Las Vegas.
“We’ve had a phenomenal partnership with Lisa, developing three very successful restaurants in Las Vegas,” Sean McBurney, Regional President of Caesars Leisure, mentioned. “Now we get to take Lisa’s vision and expertise to the next level – infusing her talent and creativity into an entire hotel at the most incredible location on the Las Vegas Strip. In accordance with the discharge, Vanderpump’s “stunning aesthetic and distinctive design” will “enhance” the lodge’s reception and entrance desk areas, introducing an all-new lounge. Moreover, the lodge’s 188 visitor rooms and suites will undergo an entire redesign.
The design of the lodge will function Vanderpump Alain furnishings and lighting.
“Everything will be bespoke and created specifically for the location,” the discharge said, including that the lodge would have “an emphasis on sexy elegance and comfort, with gorgeous rooms and a fresh, new feel to the casino floor.”
The Cromwell is at present dwelling to Giada De Laurentiis’ namesake restaurant – GIADA, Sure foyer bar, Interlude on line casino lounge, Drai’s Beachclub and Nightclub, Drai’s After Hours and a Caesars Sportsbook.
Further particulars concerning the renovation shall be introduced because the mission evolves, the discharge said. The Cromwell will proceed to function in the course of the transformation, which is ready to be full by early 2026.
