Las Vegas is constantly awash with Chinese tourists. This banner was hung along a fence bordering a property under development. The banner was one of a string of them, all depicting East Asian people living the high life in Vegas.
A Chinese themed gaming resort will be built on the property adjacent to the banners. The banners are meant to catch the eye of Chinese gamblers. This particular banner was a little surprising because of its sexually suggestive nature. The woman seems satisfied that she knocked her man out with whatever they had done in bed. In China, this kind of banner would be frowned upon and probably torn down by local officials.
Nevertheless, the Chinese love Vegas because the men love gambling, smoking, drinking,and prostitutes, and the women love shopping.
