LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Individuals across the Las Vegas valley have been shocked to see viral video of a person throwing a canine right into a dumpster. The person has not been recognized, and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Division is asking for the general public’s assist in discovering him.

Now, pet house owners round Las Vegas are elevating hundreds of {dollars} to reward whoever finds him.
