Las Vegas man who killed good friend in intentional hit-and-run to serve not less than 10 years

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A person who killed his good friend in an intentional hit-and-run, who then lied and stated his automotive was stolen, will serve not less than 10 years in jail as a part of a plea deal.
