LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas man who police say instructed them that aliens instructed him to kill his father was discovered competent to face trial Wednesday, courtroom information confirmed.
Clark County District Court docket Decide Christy Craig discovered Timothy Sahrang La, 35, competent to face trial on Wednesday, saying he’s able to understanding the character of the fees towards him.
La was arrested within the southwest valley on Feb. 5 on a cost of homicide with using a lethal weapon after police responded to a house close to Blue Diamond Street and Decatur Boulevard after a “hysterical” lady, later recognized as La’s mom, referred to as police to report her 73-year-old husband, Eun Jin La, was unconscious and never respiratory, the report stated.
