LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Metro police sergeant pleaded not responsible Wednesday to 4 costs associated to youngster pornography. Prosecutors invoked their proper to a speedy trial prompting Clark County District Courtroom Choose Ron Israel to set a trial date for Jan. 21.
Kevin Menon, 42, appeared in courtroom along with his legal professional Dominic Gentile who argued in opposition to the speedy trial.
A grand jury indicted Menon after police mentioned they discovered youngster pornography on his digital units comparable to laptops.
The case is the second prison case in opposition to Menon.
