LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Metro police arrested a person kayaking within the Bellagio Fountains throughout a protest towards President Donald Trump, paperwork stated.
A number of hundred individuals protested on the Las Vegas Strip on Monday as a part of nationwide “Not My Presidents’ Day” rallies. Officers arrested Trenton Barnes on costs together with trespass and disorderly conduct, paperwork stated.
Round 5 p.m., officers noticed Barnes in a kayak within the water and holding an indication, paperwork stated. Officers stated workers on the Bellagio tried repeatedly to take away him from the water. He “eventually paddled toward the edge of the fountains” and officers took him into custody, police stated.

It was not instantly clear Wednesday if police made another arrests throughout Monday’s protest.
