LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Tired of high rents? Say goodbye to renting and hello to owning. NACA, the nation’s largest HUD-approved nonprofit homeownership and advocacy organization, is offering a homeownership event to help renters become homeowners.

The “Achieve the Dream” event is an opportunity for families to realize their dreams and achieve financial stability for years to come.

“Achieve the dream of affordable homeownership,” said NACA CEO and founder, Bruce Marks. “Stop paying high rents that are generating wealth for others and start generating wealth for yourself and for your family and generations to come.”

NACA’S mortgage program features no down payment, no closing costs, no fees, no mortgage insurance, and below-market fixed interest rates. Unlike traditional mortgage programs, NACA does not factor in credit scores but focuses on an applicant’s financial readiness for the home buying process, ensuring accessibility for a broader range of potential homeowners.

The 4-day “Achieve the Dream” event begins Thursday, Jan. 30 and runs through Sunday, Feb. 2 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. It takes place at the Old Southwest Gas Campus in Chinatown, located at 5241 Spring Mountain Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89146.
