LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A nationwide homebuilder submitted a bid of greater than $36 million to purchase the previous Cashman Discipline website.
In line with the Metropolis of Las Vegas LinkedIn web page, nationwide homebuilder Lennar, registered as Greystone LLC, had the best of the 2 bids submitted. Town has been looking for a purchaser to redevelop the 50-acre parcel and surrounding buildings within the downtown space. This was the second try to public sale the property. There have been no bidders within the first try.

Metropolis Council members will vote on March 19 on whether or not to just accept the excessive bidder or reject all bids. There was no info on what Lennar plans to do with the location. Below the public sale phrases, “the city and Lennar will negotiate a purchase and sale agreement, including a timeline to secure land use entitlements and a closing date,” in response to town.
The Cashman property features a ballpark, warehouse, storage, theater, and parking heaps and was used to host baseball video games, political occasions, and extra earlier than the complicated was closed in 2017.
