Las Vegas – A Miami favorite known for its crispy smash burgers has expanded to the Strip with the opening of its first West Coast location. RedHead Burger began serving customers on May 7 inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The arrival gives locals and visitors another option for late-night dining in a high-traffic entertainment district.
From Ocean Drive Roots to Las Vegas
The chain was founded in 2019 by brothers Sammy Moyyaner and Christian Moyyaner along with their father. It quickly built a following on Miami Beach’s Ocean Drive with its never-frozen patties and fresh sides. The new 50-seat restaurant continues that approach while adapting to the energy of Las Vegas tourism.
Red-and-white interiors and both indoor and patio seating create a casual yet inviting space. The location operates daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., extending the brand’s signature late-night service to a city that rarely sleeps.
Signature Burgers and Fresh Sides
The menu centers on smash burgers made from a proprietary beef blend that delivers a crispy edge and juicy center. Standout choices include the Classic Burger with lettuce, tomato and Redhead sauce, the Double Cheeseburger stacked with American cheese, and a triple-patty version for bigger appetites.
Spice seekers can try the Redhot Burger loaded with jalapeños and bacon, while the Hangover Burger comes topped with a fried egg and tater tots. All burgers pair with house-cut fries or tater tots fried to order, and draft beer is available on tap.
Milkshakes round out the offerings in both classic flavors like vanilla, chocolate and strawberry and creative varieties such as Dulce de Leche, Nutella and Oreo.
Part of a Larger Entertainment Hub
Grand Canal Shoppes already draws crowds with its luxury retail stores, celebrity-chef restaurants and Venice-inspired canals and walkways. RedHead Burger fits naturally into that mix by offering quick, flavorful meals that complement shopping and live entertainment nearby.
Owner Sammy Moyyaner noted the excitement of bringing the concept to another major tourist destination. He highlighted the blend’s ability to stay crispy and juicy while pairing with the fresh-cut fries that define the brand’s appeal.
