Others acknowledging that the central valley wants some upgrades so this improvement would give the world that additional increase.

“We need a little help over here,” Alexandra Perez shared. “It would be nice to see new apartment complexes. Giving the people some type of incentive to want to be here.”

Even so, there are longtime residents like Luisa Martinez who assume in any other case.

“I really don’t support the idea,” Luisa Martinez shared with 8 Information Now. “Adding more development is going to create more crime, I believe, especially with this potential complex being right next to the casino.”

Total, the undertaking proposal contains two three-story buildings with enhanced landscaping, a resort-style pool, clubhouse, and state-of-the-art health heart.
