MILAN (AP) — Fausto Puglisi provided a grand tour of Pompeii in his newest assortment for Roberto Cavalli introduced Thursday throughout Milan Style Week.
The opening look of fiery devore velvet giving approach to silver and gold fantastically represented the injury wrought by Vesuvius when it rained volcanic ash on the traditional metropolis in 79 AD. The autumn-winter assortment’s outerwear included lush pretend fur, ubiquitous on Milan runways this season, and luxe black leather-based trenches with smoky charcoal accents — maybe smudges of the traditional metropolis’s ashes.
