2nd suspect arrested after taking pictures in east Las Vegas car parking zone leaves 2 useless

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police arrested a second suspect after a taking pictures in an east Las Vegas car parking zone left two individuals useless.

On Sunday, April 13, at round 1:30 a.m., officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Division responded to the 3900 block of East Owens Avenue close to Pecos Street after a report of a taking pictures within the car parking zone of a enterprise.

Arriving officers discovered two males affected by gunshot wounds. Medical personnel pronounced each males useless on the scene.

Detectives realized the victims had been leaving a celebration at a banquet corridor when a verbal combat occurred, and a person, later recognized as Julio Bautista-Martinez, 24, shot each males.

Bautista-Martinez left the scene earlier than police arrived, however officers later arrested him and booked him into the Clark County Detention Heart for 2 counts of open homicide.

By the investigation, police recognized Henry Ramirez, 26, because the second suspect within the case.

On April 16, police arrested Ramirez and booked him into the Clark County Detention Heart, the place he faces two counts of open homicide, in addition to a further cost for violating his probation.

He was held with out bail, and his subsequent courtroom look was scheduled for April 17.
