LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Individuals across the Las Vegas valley have been shocked to see viral video of a person throwing a canine right into a dumpster. The person has not been recognized, and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Division is asking for the general public’s assist in discovering him.
