LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Clark County College District elementary college trainer is dealing with two felony youngster lewdness fees after being accused of inappropriately touching two totally different college students.
Manuel Ayala-Tovar, 33, was arrested on Thursday, March 20 on the Clark County College District Police Division.

Based on the arrest report, “It was learned that Ayala-Tovar engaged in a course of conduct, a pattern of inappropriately touching … [redacted names] … whenever Ayala-Tovar had a one-on-one opportunity with them … in a classroom setting.”
The incidents allegedly occurred at Manuel J. Cortez Elementary College in November 2024.
The scholars informed police the interactions prompted them to really feel “weird” and uncomfortable, the report said.
Based on Clark County Detention information, Ayala-Tovar is scheduled for an preliminary listening to Monday and remained in custody as of 10 a.m.
Ayala-Tovar has been employed as a trainer with CCSD since September 2022. He has been assigned to house because the investigation started per the phrases of the negotiated settlement with the bargaining unit, in line with police.
