North Las Vegas – A parking lot altercation between members of competing outlaw motorcycle gangs outside Scoundrels Pub II escalated into a fatal shooting early on February 21, 2026.[1][2]

The Confrontation That Ended in Gunfire

Officers responded to the 4800 block of Camino Al Norte around 12:36 a.m. after reports of shots fired. They discovered 47-year-old Ryan Green lying in the roadway, suffering from a gunshot wound to the left side of his chest. Paramedics rushed Green to University Medical Center, where he fought for his life before succumbing to his injuries on February 25.[3][4]

Two female witnesses described seeing an unidentified man in a red shirt engage Green in a physical fight in the bar’s parking lot. The altercation quickly intensified, and a single gunshot rang out moments later. Neither witness saw who fired the weapon, but both fled to aid Green after he collapsed.[2]

Surveillance footage from inside the bar captured the man in the red shirt purchasing drinks with a debit card linked to Jesse Robinson III just prior to the incident. The video later showed Robinson heading toward his truck while speaking with someone in a black SUV. A silver Chevrolet Tahoe soon arrived, and its occupants joined Robinson in an area beyond camera view.[5]

Police Piece Together Gang Connections

A veteran North Las Vegas police officer, with nine years specializing in outlaw motorcycle gangs and clubs, reviewed the evidence and identified clear affiliations. Green belonged to the Satudarah outlaw motorcycle gang. Robinson, 36, associated with The Chosen Few, a rival group with two active chapters in Clark County.[1][2]

Investigators determined the shooting stemmed from gang tensions. The officer noted documented shootings between Satudarah and The Chosen Few in Southern California in recent months. Police believed Robinson coordinated with accomplices before and after the shooting, prompting a conspiracy charge.[5]

  • Debit card purchase inside bar confirmed Robinson’s presence.
  • Face-covering walk to truck suggested evasion tactics.
  • Multiple vehicles, including a black SUV and silver Tahoe, aided getaway.
  • A woman drove Robinson’s truck from the scene.
  • Red shirt from video found during home search.

Arrest Follows Victim’s Death

Authorities arrested Robinson on February 25, the same day Green died. They executed a search warrant at his residence and recovered the distinctive red shirt along with his Chosen Few motorcycle club vest. Robinson faced charges of open murder with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit murder, and a gang enhancement.[1]

He remained in custody at the North Las Vegas Community Correctional Center. A preliminary hearing was set for March 17 in North Las Vegas Justice Court.[1]

History of Violence Shadows Nevada’s Biker Scene

Outlaw motorcycle gangs have a documented history of clashes in Nevada. The Chosen Few and Satudarah represent ongoing rivalries that spill beyond state lines. Law enforcement continues to monitor such groups amid periodic flare-ups.[2]

This incident underscores the risks when longstanding feuds meet in everyday settings like a neighborhood bar near Craig Ranch Regional Park.
