Las Vegas – The Eagles revealed plans to prolong their blockbuster residency at the Sphere on Monday, responding to extraordinary fan interest that has defined the run since its launch.[1][2] This latest expansion adds six performances in the fall, cementing the band’s position with the venue’s most extensive series to date. Supporters now have fresh opportunities to witness the rock icons in one of music’s most innovative settings.
New Dates Fuel the Longest Sphere Stand
The group tacked on three weekend pairings to the schedule: Friday, September 18, and Saturday, September 19; Friday, November 13, and Saturday, November 14; plus Friday, November 27, and Saturday, November 28, all in 2026.[1][3] These additions push the overall count to 64 shows, surpassing every other act that has played the cutting-edge arena.[1] The residency kicked off on September 20, 2024, and has grown steadily through repeated extensions.
Each extension has mirrored the same pattern of rapid sellouts, underscoring the timeless pull of the Eagles’ catalog. Organizers pointed directly to overwhelming demand as the driver behind this move, a sentiment echoed across prior announcements.[1] Fans have flocked to the production, drawn by its blend of classic hits and state-of-the-art visuals.
A Legacy Run in the Heart of the Strip
The Sphere has hosted numerous high-profile residencies, but none match the Eagles’ endurance. What began as a limited engagement evolved into a multi-year commitment, with dates stretching from late 2024 well into 2026.[2] This fall’s newcomers cap a sequence that has already drawn massive crowds to Las Vegas.
- September 18-19, 2026
- November 13-14, 2026
- November 27-28, 2026
Local outlets highlighted the announcement as a boon for the city’s entertainment scene, especially following other major acts at the venue.[3] The band’s persistence here reflects broader trends in extended Vegas productions tailored for immersive experiences.
