Ex-Republican congressional candidate appeals homicide cost to Nevada court docket

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The previous Republican congressional candidate and ex-wrestler charged with homicide is interesting his grand jury indictment to the Nevada Supreme Court docket.

Dan Rodimer is accused of punching Christopher Tapp, 47, inside Resorts World on the Las Vegas Strip on Oct. 29, 2023, resulting in Tapp’s loss of life. Docs pronounced Tapp lifeless at a Las Vegas hospital on Nov. 5, 2023. The Clark County coroner’s workplace dominated Tapp’s loss of life a murder because of blunt power trauma to his head, paperwork stated. A scan confirmed he suffered a number of mind bleeds.

Tapp was acquitted of homicide after serving 20 years in jail.
