Grand jury to resolve if Las Vegas officer might be charged for capturing home-owner

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas grand jury will resolve whether or not an officer who fatally shot a home-owner who referred to as police for assist needs to be charged, his lawyer advised the 8 Information Now Investigators.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer Alexander Bookman shot and killed Brandon Durham, 43, after Durham referred to as 911 to report a house invasion on Nov. 12.
