Henderson residents search options after doable $1.3M price ticket in water restore prices

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Lumpy roads, crumbling partitions and dripping pipes all are the results of a damaged water system that has plagued a Henderson neighborhood for many years, residents say.

“The water problem has been a problem since I’ve been here over 20 years and it’s not going anywhere,” Blossom Decrescenzo mentioned.

Now, neighbors are looking for options. Step one — electing a brand new HOA board able to tackle the problem which is estimated to price every residence round $17,000.
