Heritage Basis report calls to wind down navy help to Israel

Particularly, the report requires the U.S. to extend its international navy financing of Israel to $4 billion yearly beginning in fiscal 2029, after which in 2032 begin steadily reducing it by $250 million every year till it ends in 2047.
