LAS VEGAS (KLAS) –The Tropicana Interchange is about to reopen to near-full capability after a significant 20-hour closure beginning Wednesday morning.
The closure is about to final from Wednesday, April 30 at 9 a.m. to Thursday, Might 1 at 5 a.m. and is critical for crews to finish striping and site visitors sign calibration, the Nevada Division of Transportation stated.

After the closures, NDOT is about to reopen a brand new and improved Tropicana Avenue at full capability with 4 lanes in every path from Polaris Avenue to Las Vegas Boulevard. There will even be a newly widened northbound I-15 off-ramp to east and westbound Tropicana Avenue, a newly reconstructed Tropicana Avenue on-ramp to southbound I-15, and extra lanes on the southbound I-15 flyover ramp to eastbound Tropicana Ave, in response to NDOT.
Tropicana Avenue on-ramp to northbound I-15 will stay at decreased capability briefly.
