Pedestrian dies days after hit-and-run crash in Henderson

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A pedestrian injured in a hit-and-run crash in Henderson died days later, in response to police.

The crash occurred on April 8 at round 8:18 p.m. alongside Boulder Freeway and Foster Avenue.

A black Honda Accord was seen touring northbound on Boulder Freeway and did not yield to a pedestrian strolling eastbound throughout Boulder Freeway within the crosswalk at Foster Avenue, in response to Henderson police.

The motive force of the black Honda Accord then hit the pedestrian and continued northbound on Boulder Freeway, failing to cease on the scene of the crash, in response to a preliminary investigation by police.

The pedestrian was then taken to a hospital. Police had been later notified on April 11 that the pedestrian had died from their accidents.

Police additionally stated that pace was not thought of to be an element within the incident, and impairment was unknown. The motive force of the black Honda Accord remained unidentified on Thursday.
