Short-term in a single day lane reductions to happen in southwest Las Vegas valley

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Short-term in a single day lane reductions within the southwest Las Vegas valley are set to happen by means of the remainder of the week and into the weekend, Clark County Public Works introduced Wednesday.

Blue Diamond Highway close to Jones Boulevard will likely be lowered to 1 lane in each instructions nightly as a part of ongoing infrastructure enhancements to the intersection. The reductions will happen nightly from 8 p.m. to six a.m. beginning Wednesday by means of Friday morning, and once more on Sunday night time, the county mentioned.

All lanes will reopen at 6 a.m. each day and through the day 4 eastbound lanes will likely be open and three westbound lanes will likely be open.

The lane closures are a part of a venture that goals to finish intersection enhancements, together with upgrades to site visitors sign infrastructure.
