LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – A former assistant principal at a Clark County College District highschool has been arrested.
Hearley Smith, 54, faces prices associated to sexual misconduct with a pupil, in accordance with Clark County College District Police.
Smith was arrested on Friday and booked into the Clark County Detention Heart by CCSD police.
The arrest stems from an investigation initiated at Canyon Springs Excessive College Feb. 24. Smith final labored on the college as an assistant principal however “separated from the CCSD” and can now not be allowed on campus, CCSD police acknowledged on Friday.

Two counts of kidnapping within the first diploma
10 counts of lewdness by individual older than 18 within the presence of kid or susceptible individual
