LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Deputies situated a number of empty liquor bottles in a Las Vegas courtroom administrator’s truck after he allegedly drove impaired and induced a deadly crash whereas driving to purchase lottery tickets, paperwork mentioned.

Doan additionally informed an officer he “works for the court” and understood his Miranda rights, paperwork mentioned.
