Las Vegas man accused of killing girlfriend arrested in Mexico after 2-year search: sources

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Federal authorities arrested a person Tuesday in Mexico almost two years after Las Vegas police accused him of killing his girlfriend, the 8 Information Now Investigators have discovered.

Tabatha Tozzi, 26, was shot within the head on April 22, 2023, outdoors a west valley residence close to Alta Drive and Cimarron Street. Police later recognized her accused killer as Oswaldo “Nate” Perez-Sanchez, her boyfriend. Perez-Sanchez allegedly confronted Tozzi after which shot her throughout an argument, officers stated.
