West Las Vegas valley home fireplace leaves 3 residents displaced

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A home fireplace within the west Las Vegas valley has left three residents displaced Sunday morning, in keeping with officers.

Simply earlier than 6 a.m., dispatchers obtained experiences of a storage fireplace close to south Hualapai Means and west Sahara Avenue.

When first responders arrived, they discovered the storage on fireplace, with the blaze shifting into the residing areas of the two-story, single-family dwelling.

Firefighters labored to extinguish the hearth within the storage. Fireplace crews decided that nobody was within the dwelling on the time of the hearth. Whereas the reason for the hearth is unknown, the harm is estimated to price $250,000.

Three residents had been displaced on account of the hearth, Clark County Fireplace Division (CCFD) officers mentioned. CCFD officers reported that no people or firefighters had been injured.
