Salvage City Supper Club is returning to Electric Daisy Carnival this spring with a notable addition in the kitchen. The immersive dining experience will unfold over the three-day festival at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, offering guests a multi-course meal amid theatrical performances. Chef Matt Rolnick, the Food Network Chopped champion, will lead the culinary team for the occasion.

A Post-Apocalyptic Setting Comes Alive

The supper club occupies a rugged industrial space called Nomads Land inside the festival grounds. Performers including vocalists, dancers, aerialists, and fire artists create a 60-minute sensory journey that evokes an oasis of abundance after the end of civilization. This year’s edition marks the sixth evolution of the concept, which blends elevated cuisine with live entertainment in a way that sets it apart from standard festival fare.

Guests move through the experience as part of a larger narrative that encourages them to step away from everyday routines. The combination of theatrical elements and shared dining tables fosters an atmosphere of discovery rather than a typical seated meal. Organizers describe the setting as an ever-evolving world that fits naturally within the high-energy environment of EDC Las Vegas.

Chef Matt Rolnick Brings Championship Expertise

Rolnick, known for his victory on Food Network’s Chopped, will oversee a family-style tasting menu served throughout each evening. The dishes emphasize bold flavors and seasonal ingredients, with options that include Black Garlic & Cherry BBQ Pork and Torino-Style Short Rib Ragù & Wild Mushroom Ravioli. Citrus Ponzu Rice Noodles with Pepita Salsa Macha appear alongside other courses, and a complete vegetarian menu is available for those who prefer it.

Flowing wine and cocktails accompany the meal, keeping the focus on hospitality as much as on the food itself. Rolnick’s background in competitive cooking translates into precise execution under the pressure of a large-scale festival setting. The result is a menu designed to surprise and satisfy while maintaining the immersive tone of the evening.

The Team Driving the Experience

Five Senses Holdings created Salvage City Supper Club in 2020 as its flagship project. The company has since expanded into major live events, handling food and beverage programs for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, Super Bowl LVIII, and The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Executive Producer and Founder Paul Seigenthaler has guided the project from its start, emphasizing its role as more than dinner and a show.

“Salvage City is more than just dinner and show; it’s an ever-evolving experience set at the edge of the world, and EDC is the perfect setting for that,” Seigenthaler said. “As we celebrate the 6th evolution of Salvage City, we continue to push boundaries around dining and entertainment so that guests can take a detour from reality and escape from the ordinary.”

Costume designer Jonny Cota, winner of Amazon Prime’s Making the Cut, developed the wardrobe that performers wear on stage. Those same designs extend into a limited-edition collection of wearables available for purchase, allowing attendees to carry a piece of the experience home.

Merchandise and Reservations

Salvage City has partnered with New West KnifeWorks on a custom line of chef’s knives featuring colored handles. The knives, along with other merchandise, can be bought online or at the festival site. Tickets for the supper club remain available but are limited, reflecting strong interest in the exclusive format.

Reservations can be made directly through the official site. The experience runs each night of EDC Las Vegas, giving attendees multiple opportunities to participate across the weekend. Organizers note that the combination of food, performance, and atmosphere continues to draw repeat visitors who seek something distinct from the main festival stages.

Salvage City Supper Club demonstrates how a single dining concept can evolve while staying true to its core appeal. With Rolnick now at the helm, the 2026 edition promises both continuity and fresh energy for those who secure a seat. The event runs May 15-17 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
