New eating places, retailers revive east Las Vegas valley

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Because the valley expands, it continues to reinvent itself—from Water Road in Henderson to the Las Vegas Medical District and the Arts District Downtown. Now, one more a part of city is booming.
