LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas contractor faces a number of fraud-related expenses after he allegedly took cash from prospects for landscaping providers and failed to finish the initiatives.

On Feb. 4, investigators with the Nevada Lawyer Common’s Workplace arrested Jon Banning, 51, who owns JTB Landscaping, a Las Vegas landscaping firm, on an impressive felony arrest warrant.
